NPL will not file or otherwise keep a copy of any agreement concluded between you and NPL, and a copy of the concluded agreement will not be available from NPL at a future time and date. By registering on the Website you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Online Courses are for training purposes only. NPL will not accept any responsibility to any party for the use of the Course Materials for any purpose other than training for educational purposes, including but not limited to the giving of advice by you to any third party.

- No materials can be modified in any way;
- No graphics are used separately from accompanying text;
- Our copyright and trade mark notices appear in all downloadable components; and
- You acknowledge the Website as the source of the material.
