Billie joined NPL in January 2023 as a research scientist working in the electrochemistry group. After she graduated from King’s College London in 2019 with a first class MSci degree in chemistry, she worked in radiopharmaceuticals and gained a strong understanding of quality management systems. She has a passion for sustainability and her current main focus of work is in the use and optimisation of alkaline water electrolysers for hydrogen generation.
